Get rid of back pain with Yumeiho therapy, in your own home
Yumeiho is a Japanese manual therapy that starts at the pelvis and brings the spine back into line — which is where the pain actually begins. I come to you with the mat and all the equipment, for a 90–100 minute session.

What Yumeiho therapy solves
Yumeiho works on the cause: a misaligned pelvis that the spine and joints keep compensating for, until pain appears.
Back & neck pain
Lower back, neck, between the shoulder blades — tension that returns no matter how much you stretch.
Sciatica & locked pelvis
Pain running down the leg, a stiff hip, that locked feeling on the first steps.
Posture & asymmetry
One shoulder higher than the other, a rounded back from desk work, legs of unequal length.
Stress & restless sleep
A permanently tense body and tiredness that eight hours of sleep doesn't fix.
Sports recovery
Shortened muscles, reduced mobility, slow recovery after hard training.
Maintenance & prevention
Keep your body aligned and flexible before discomfort turns into pain.
What Yumeiho therapy is
Yumeiho is a Japanese manual therapy, developed by Masayuki Saionji, that corrects the position of the pelvis and aligns the spine through a sequence of roughly 100 techniques: deep massage, joint mobilisation and stretching, applied over the whole body. A full session lasts 90–100 minutes.
The idea behind it is simple: the pelvis is the foundation of the skeleton. When it's out of alignment, the spine and joints compensate for years — and the pain shows up at the end of that chain, not at the start. Which is why a stretch or a relaxation massage holds for a few days and no longer.
- 1Assessment
I check the symmetry of the pelvis and spine, and limb length.
- 2~100 techniques
Deep massage, joint mobilisation and stretching, over the whole body.
- 3Reset
The pelvis returns to its correct position and the spine aligns naturally.

Looking for a therapeutic massage at home in Bucharest?
Yes — I come to your home with a professional mat and all the equipment, to any sector of Bucharest and to Ilfov, every day between 8:00 and 22:00. What's different from an ordinary home massage: I work a complete method, Yumeiho, which includes deep massage but begins by resetting the pelvis. That's why a session runs 90–100 minutes, not 50.
How much a Yumeiho session costs
250 lei per session, travel included anywhere in Bucharest, inside the ring road.
Beyond the ring road, in Ilfov, there's a 30 lei travel fee.

You tell me what's bothering you and we set a day — sometimes even today.
I come to you
I arrive with the mat and all the equipment. You just clear a corner of a room.
Assessment & therapy

You get up lighter
I also leave you a few simple movements so the effect holds between sessions.

Daniel Niculae
I've practised Yumeiho for over seven years, as a member of the Romanian Yumeiho Society, attending seminars and demonstrations every year. I work calmly and without rushing: the body resets with patience, not with force.
I hold a degree in physiotherapy, so I know what's happening under my hands — what's muscle tension, what belongs to the joint, and where it's wiser to send you to a doctor than to keep pushing.
A grade 3 diploma, not a weekend course
A completion certificate issued by the Romanian Yumeiho Society, plus years of seminars and demonstrations alongside the therapist community.

Yumeiho grade 3 diploma
Course completion certificate in Yumeiho therapy, grade three (sandan yumeiho renshi), issued by the Romanian Yumeiho Society in the name of Daniel Niculae.
In Romania, Yumeiho grades are awarded by examination, after an advanced training course. Grade 3 means the therapist has mastered the complete sequence of techniques, not a fragment of it.

Public demonstrationPeople who come back, year after year
“Daniel has been my therapist for 6 years. Deeply involved, attentive, careful and decent. A wonderful man with magic hands."
“I work intensely with my mind and I need an aligned body. After Yumeiho with Daniel I get up off the mat with a free back and a clear head."
“I always book double — one session for me, one for Diana. Daniel has been coming to our home every two weeks for years now. That says it all."
What people ask before their first session
Between 90 and 100 minutes. The full Yumeiho sequence has around 100 techniques and covers the whole body — under 90 minutes would mean skipping steps.
250 lei per session, with travel included anywhere inside the Bucharest ring road. Beyond the ring road, in Ilfov, there's a 30 lei travel fee. The 4-session package brings it to 225 lei/session (900 lei total), the 8-session package to 200 lei/session (1,600 lei total).
Every day, 8:00 to 22:00, weekends included. Message me on WhatsApp with the time that suits you — sometimes there's a slot the same day.
Someone still comes to your home with their own mat — so far, the same. What differs is what happens in that hour and a half: a relaxation massage works on muscle, Yumeiho works on the structure that keeps the muscle tense. I'm a therapist with a grade 3 diploma and a physiotherapy degree, not a mobile masseur — if your pain has history, that matters.
Just a clear floor space about the size of a mat, roughly 2 × 1 metres. I bring the professional mat, towels and all the equipment. Wear something loose that you can move in.
Classic massage works on muscle and circulation. Yumeiho starts from the skeleton that keeps those muscles under tension: first the pelvis is corrected, then the spine aligns, and the muscles relax because there's nothing left to compensate for. That's why the effect lasts longer.
No. The techniques are firm but dosed to how your body responds — I tell you what's coming and stop whenever you ask. Some clients fall asleep during the session. The next day you may feel mild muscle soreness, like after a movement you weren't expecting.
For maintenance, one every 2–3 weeks. For a long-standing problem — sciatica, a locked pelvis, postural asymmetry — a package of 4 to 8 sessions gives the most stable results. After the first session I'll tell you honestly what I think you need.
During an acute inflammatory phase, with recent fractures, advanced osteoporosis, thrombosis, infections, fever, cancer, or during pregnancy — and generally anywhere your doctor has said otherwise. Yumeiho is a complementary relaxation and postural balancing therapy, not medical treatment. If you have a diagnosis, tell me beforehand and we decide together.
Anywhere in Bucharest — sectors 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 — and anywhere inside the ring road, with travel included in the price. Beyond the ring road, in Ilfov (Voluntari, Pipera, Otopeni, Popești-Leordeni, Chiajna, Bragadiru, Corbeanca, Snagov and surroundings), there's a 30 lei travel fee.
